Download the list of HEB stores.  Please rank your choices 1, 2, or 3 based on your how you would prioritize each location.  For example, you may have 20 stores with a rank of 1 meaning these are your top picks and 15 stores with a rank of 2 would mean these are your second tier choices, etc.  Please return the attached spreadsheet with your ranking by close of business on May 22nd.  In addition, please remember that your choices not guaranteed for AEP and scheduled days may change.

Also, HEB is carefully monitoring government and expert health guidelines to evaluate whether in-store activities are still appropriate or whether modifications to current practices may be required.  We We would like agents in stores Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am- 1pm from 10/01/2024 

(tentative) to 12/05/2024with no presence the week of Thanksgiving Day.   Once AEP agent events begin, agents can work out additional days/times with permission from their assigned store’s top store leader and pharmacy manager.
